Comments (26)At first glance, I too was taken in by the romantic, classic space in the Before pic. But look closely. The brickwork is false, colourful and cheesy. The poor condition of floorboards are no fit state for a young family. The before picture gives a false sense of a large area with a living space. It's actually rather dark, busy and "heavy". Not attractive to children, not an enlightening space. It needs to be a functional, practical kitchen, with lots of traffic and use. It needed modernising, making safe, easy to clean and maintain - it seriously needed brightening up, and making it a "refreshing" place to be - where people young and old want to spend time. The After picture is stunning. I can see it would serve the needs of a young family perfectly. Good work! It is bright, clean and fresh, - but with dark cupboards that add depth and character - and complement the window fittings perfectly. Love it. Give it a week or two with the family living it, and it'll soon look homely too. Love it....See More#Before and After Pics #Kitchen in #Central #London
Comments (0)This #kitchen whilst immaculately cared for was old, dated and a little dark. It needed a lift, to bring it up to date and appeal to a younger target market. I didn't want the owners to spend too much on this area, so we lost the old cottage looking tiles and added a crisp #whiteglass #contemporarysplashback and added an #uplight above all the units, evened out the lighting underneath, fitted new spotlights, changed the cupboard handles and #re-styled for sale....See MoreBefore & After - Dumping Ground to Beautiful Bright Kitchen!
Comments (9)Oooh, that's gorgeous! Love the little bespoke chopping board housings -- a thoroughly practical siting, and a great way to get around a space too big for a 90cm range and just that teeny bit too small for a 100cm. Absolutely stunning attention to detail!...See MoreSignature Home Services
