Comments (16)@AJ Interior Styling. Think that's the one, FAB name if it is. The similar cat version is the somewhat more reasonably priced 'Retro Pet Nest' on Zooplus (£79). It's amazing, in clear or grey, and I've also recently bought 2 cosy nests which are wall mounted and 2 floor hammocks. My friend - Emily Hiller - does 'knotting' and has just made 2 garden swing chairs. She did all the flagship and main 'Top Shop' windows amongst others and they are amazing. I'm going to get her to do a 'curtain' for one of my rooms. She's just been asked to do a hotel on the Maldives. Her work is breathtaking, bespoke and original, so do take a look....See MoreNeed help in deciding colour for two designer armchairs I will buy.
Comments (4)Thank you for your input! I can't supply a photo since the apartment isn't finished yet!! I want to make a statement with the two armchairs and that is why I queried which of the colours I mentioned would be best. I presently have two pink sofas which are a great hit but old fashioned and therefore I won't take them with me to the apartment! I thought of blue (jeans colour) or navy myself but am not sure that blue is smart enough for a living room? As to the style, I like it to be modern and minimalistic. By the way, I am a fan of Tricia Guilde of Designers Guild in London. I adore flowers and her colour sense is amazing!! Best wishes and thanks again! Comments (5)What do you think of this? I've used the daybed from the link in my previous comment, and this desk. Just to show you the dimensions of the furniture I've put in. https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/childrens-ikea-products/children-8-12/childrens-desks-chairs-8-12/micke-desk-white-art-30213076/ I would do venetian blinds for the windows and doors to the indoor space, for privacy. The outside blinds would probably make it dark enough? Otherwise simple roller blinds. I would put carpet or a wood effect vinyl for the floor, with the planks running from long wall to long wall, to make it seem a bit deeper. It will also be warmer on the feet. The wall opposite the wardrobe I'd paint in horizontal stripes, or use a funky wallpaper. Click on the pic to enlarge it....See MoreArq-A Interiors Limited
