can you guys give some comment to me to help me improve idea

This looks great.
Just a couple of points- the relaxing area seems to look out to the driveway- so either you will have a poor view or you will feel overlooked. Perhaps the relaxing room would be better looking into the internal courtyard where there will be no distractions.
There is nowhere shown to do laundry.
I don't understand why you would put two sitting areas in the same room - if they are for different purposes perhaps they should be in different parts of the house.
The stairs may be dark without a window.
You should also consider your window placement and what outside space there is, the privacy and the heat of the sun. In my opinion the solid wall in the gathering area hides where I assume the garden is so I think the plot may feel smaller. I worry that the impressive dining window may make that area too hot.
I hope this helps and remember this is just opinion- you have your house how you want it.

You seem to have a lot of living space for a one bed house. However none of the living space can be closed off for noise or privacy reasons, eg making a phone call, working from home, one person wanting to listen to music while the other watches TV. I'd consider closing off the relaxing area or part of the living area. This would also, with the addition of a sofa bed, give a space for guests to stay over as you have no guest room.

And, as Jonathan pointed out, a separate laundry space would be good. Also, I think the kitchen island is too far from the rest of the kitchen to be practical. You could move the whole kitchen out and fit a laundry room between it and the bathroom.

Is the downstairs bedroom just for guests or is it the master bedroom? If it's for guests, the you probably don't need it ensuite as long as there's a shower in the main bathroom. Definitely put in a utility, using that left hand side of the kitchen. No need to have a door through from kitchen to utility, just block it off and it's perfect with back door for running to washing line! Run a counter along left hand side with washer and dryer underneath, put in a sink for hand washing etc, and have shelves above for storage. On the right hand side, a bench with shoe storage beneath and coat hooks above. Can also double as a 'mud room' for storing wellies, umbrellas, footballs etc! Then knock the wall between kitchen and dining, but retain wall between kitchen and lounge to provide space for kitchen cabinets. To keep the open plan room sociable my main advice would be, no TV in there! Put the TV in the family room. this house has great potential, good luck!

After getting inspiration and ideas from your layout, I threw a budget out the window and started asking myself what would I do if money was no object. I started by tackling one of my bigger issues with the house - the 1970's facade. See front elevation view of house as it stands now: Current Facade: The layout below modernizes the face of the house (something I didn't think was possible) by making the main entrance on the ground floor - the 'Wow factor' comes from a double staircase on leading up to either the main hall or the sitting room, double height single pane windows mean both staircases are visible from the outside (Also letting tons of light through). The ground floor entrance is large enough to be used as a separate living space by itself (which is no harm as the staircase into the sitting room reduces its size. The only planning changes are to the centre section of the front facade. Updated Facade and Layout: Thinking the new front would look well finished with stone. Per your advice the fireplace is now moved to the side of the sitting room leaving a large centre window and the kitchen is now utilising the old utility space by removing the old kitchen W.C I also took the advice on Bed 3 but I have left the original master as is. The hotpress is now in Bed 3's old ensuite. I couldn't even hazard a guess on the cost of works detailed above.....

Just on the chimney point. We knocked through between our kitchen and small sitting room. We needed a structural engineer to specify the steel. as part of the work they took out a similar chimney and supported the chimney higher up with a diagonal steel. the whole job was £15k and the diagonal steel wasnt itemised but we had the wall taken out, new plaster throughout, lights, new floor, radiators etc included. so i guess a couple of thousand pounds for the chimney removal to first floor.

Great house! Personally, I would have liked an office/study and a utility room, as others mentioned. Maybe you could do without the powder room? As 3 bathrooms is quite a lot for a 1 bed house!! I love the idea of a relaxing room with a water feature around! Beautiful!

Nice amount of floorspace, but totally wasted as a 1 bed. Easily accomodates two bedrooms with en-suites in both, a seperate toilet, utility room and open plan living at the back.
