Hi!, for the units themselves- you could get new ones for under £300 ( depending on door type/ colour and handles. If you are trying to match with the existing kitchen; it will no doubt go up quite a bit, and then there is the question of the counter top... If you have a stone top, this will probably be your most expensive element as it will need to be made to size and colour matched. One of our clients wanted something similar to you: (new island in existing kitchen) but their budget did not allow for it to match (£7500); so they went for a stand- out island ( a bit like a feature wall) . We sourced all new units in a brighter colour and ordered a darker quartz stone top. Labour and materials were under £2000

We always suggest a few things - 1. Be as clear about your vision for what you want - the devil is always in the detail. 2. Have as clear a scope of works that allows for as much as possible from your vision. Also have clarity on what you are going to supply or if you leave to your contractor. 3. Get decent construction drawings which incorporates as much of your vision as possible. The better the plans, the easier and clearer it will be for your building team. 4. There are always going to be unknowns / changes - 10% to 15% for a contingency should be about right if you have done points 1 to 3! 5. Find a building partner that will work for / with you to value engineer and help find savings to cut costs so you don't need to tap into your contingency - It's a lot of money you will part with and you need a trusting relationship from the outset. 6. Make sure there is financial transparency and project planning with your build partner - time does cost money and delays cost stress you don't need! Good luck with your project!

Surely it depends on the tiles? Tiling with factory made tiles (large) on a newly plastered surface is different to using riven natural stone etc. Get a few quotes.

I notice the image shows Quartz work surfaces- I bet they cost £5/6,000- although there are cheaper alternatives. It’s a big kitchen snd so the kitchen installer might well have cost £4,000. If you go online you will see that you can easily spend £4/8000 on appliances (or more). And the cost of kitchen cabinets for a space this size varies enormously but could be anywhere from £5-25,000. If you need to fill a large space on a budget consider one of the auction sites like EBay. There are also kitchen specialists online who sell used kitchens complete with appliances.
