How much would this orangery cost as a budget figure assuming the same finish?

Hi Patrick. As every project is bespoke, no two prices are the same. However a similar orangery, manufactured in Sapele Mahogany & Accoya with high specification glazing and thermostatically controlled roof vents etc, would cost in the region of £70k - £80k.

For me it does!! I have changed all light bulbs in the house to LEDs. I tend to purchase appliances and electrical items that have the best energy ratings.

We're not actually having plywood underneath.. as it's not needed due to having concrete mostly, but we've got quite a hefty crack between the existing and extension so there is some repair work to be done there, and an additional screed that they need due to the type of flooring we have in part of the existing house.. Karndean – Van Gogh @ £52 Sqm Latex Floor Screed @ £10 Sqm we had some other quotes that came in at £60 and another that came in higher (most didn't break it down to the sqm price, just the end quote) But because we're having carpets done upstairs and a large area downstairs they then did us a bit of a deal and knocked off some off the overall price...

Most people who have never had one are the loudest critics. I had two in a former home and they worked a treat. A couple of things to note- they are noisy (only for a couple of seconds) but it might be worth thinking about putting them in an insulated box. Also you have to be careful that nothing gets flushed that shouldn’t. Things like dental floss, plastic Qtips etc will stop it working. Should anything go wrong there is a national team of specialists who will deal with it the following day. Recently I had to pay £100 for this for a Saniflo at work.
