Floor plan (wrap around extension) - welcome your thoughts

After many days of thinking (and dreaming), we have finalised this floor plan. We want direct access to the toilet from the living room (and not through the study), and this has resulted is some waste of space, in my view. But we can't think of how else we could have achieved this. Please have a look at the floor plan and let us know what you think about it. Any suggestions or ideas are welcome.
