Comments (132)They are lovely handles Patrina. I'm having a bit of a handle issue since the holes in the pull handles on the four drawers are 83mm centre to centre and there are not many options with that sizing in brushed brass. I've found a couple of possibilities from china but with the problems there I'm not sure how long they will take to arrive....See MoreEn-Suite bathroom or Study?
Comments (4)I think your best best is to ask an estate agent as to what people want specifically in your local area and the type of buyers your house would attract. I think nowadays people would expect at minimum a bathroom and separate toilet for a house that size. Personally I would want an ensuite, babies grow (sorry!) and a study is really only useful if you work from home a lot or cannot fit a working space for homework etc. Spending 2-3 k could add a lot more value to the house and attract a bigger selection of buyers....See MoreBefore and After of En-suite Bathroom

Comments (7)It really comes down to how many clothes you have and how much space you need to store them, along with where you prefer to get dressed and how you use your ensuite - obviously no point having double sink if you never share the bathroom, but if you're brushing your teeth while the other half is doing their thing in the next sink then this bigger ensuite might work better for you. It all depends on how you want to live, how much stuff you have and where you want to store it. I've created a checklist that helps with a lot of the foundational decision making that you need to make when you're planning a redesign project, so you might find this useful.
