PENDANT LIGHTS: A way to brighten up any room: What is your opinion?

We at A Splash of Colour love lighting of all shapes and sizes. From industrial chic through to classic and freestanding floor lamps, lighting has often been used by renters and homeowners alike to literally brighten up a living space and give interest to a room.


Not only does lighting change the mood of a space but it adds style flare and personality whilst being easily moved and changed (unlike other forms of more substantial home decoration).

Is it preferable to stick with more neutral designs to bring light and sophistication or more fantastical pieces to compliment a minimalist decor?
