wall units without drilling screws into wall

I would like to fit some wall units to a plastered and painted brick wall however due to electrical wires inside the wall where the left side units are intended to hang I cannot drill holes to mount the brackets onto the wall. So I would like to know whether there is a reliable "glue" solution of sorts which I could use to mount the brackets to the wall? The units are individual so weight per unit will be limited. Any ideas? Would something like "no more nails unibond" do the trick?
