Since I retired I mostly use my iPad, but occasionally I'm asked to help out my old colleagues. So, for a lighter workload I use the laptop, but for anything heavier and in proper work mode my desktop is the one I reach for.

If I had this kind of chance I would not build a conservatory! I would choose an extension instead. I would still glaze most of the walls looking out over the garden but have a tiled roof to stop the noise from rain, keeps out any excessive heat but you still get the advantage of the light coming through. Conservatories always look,tired, dirty and stained after a few years unless well maintained. Not many people have time to keep them well maintained in my view.

Breakfast: the 3 year old eats at the island, the 1 year old and my husband eat at the table. I cant stomach breakfast. Lunch: Usually me and the 3 year old eat at the island, while the 1 year old naps (and has his at the table when he wakes). Dinner, everyone around the table, always. WIne and cheese, beer and crisps, or tea and biccies on the couch when the kids go to bed.
