Help with shower room/boot room

Hi! I wonder if someone could help with my downstairs bathroom.

I want to be able to put a Shower, basin, loo and some sort of coat storage. It doesn't need a radiator as it will have underfloor heating but I do have a rather lovely heated towel rail that could go in the space!

I have attached a floor plan.

The wall that the shower icon is on is 1.66m the wall with sink 2.54 and then the wall up to the door where the shower is 0.88m. The shower need to be in the top left hand corner but doesn't need to be as big as this one. I just need to get in as much as possible. Is my wish list achievable?
