Love the design of this roof on this extension have a very tight budget is it cheaper than tiles and where can I buy this from

The cost of a standing seam metal roof varies based on several factors, mainly project location and available roofers capable of performing the work. Whether it is cheaper than tile would depend also on the cost of the tile you have in mind. Your local roofing subcontractor should be able to give you a price for a standing seam metal roof, or direct you to another roofer who can - it is not an off-the-shelf product.

Hi everyone I am struggling to find some furniture. I am on a budget means(all for less than £2,000, not include chairs) but don’t want to compromise with luxury feeling. Has anyone know where should I look at? 1. luxury 60cm height TV unit for 75” tv. —- little bit of background; anthracite sofa and mustard chair with quite white-ish carpet floor and shinny grey wall and wall hung 75” TV. I already made sockets and cable plate to hide all cables and sockets. However, I made a big mistake that I thought I could find 60cm height luxury style unit but really hard to find one. I am thinking at least 2.5metres long unit, don’t mind two together. But they need to be 60cm tall. I like this type of style below but it is only 40cm tall. 2. Luxury black mahogany table(madison style or other style are all ok) for 3chairs line up each side. Products in Houzz are so lovely but they are too much for me. I'm not sure about either to be honest, sorry. I appreciate the ideas though! I think where i'm struggling is i quite like something gold/marble, i'm just aware I have gone for quite statement pieces so I want everything to effortlessly flow together and look well-styled but not gaudy/mish-mashed. I suppose I know how i want it to feel i.e. luxurious, elegant and feminine rather than how i want it to look, if that makes sense? Funnily enough, I usually delete my tabs before screenshooting because always worried that someone may be nosey and today I see that my fears were founded! I'm not a professional, but I do think they are both rather on the large side for the space. Where will you put ceiling lights for the evenings? And will there be more windows? Is it a newly built house or extension? Is the kitchen closed off from the rest of the house? Will you have a dining table in there? Which way is the room facing? Could you provide more information and a floor plan of the house? Would it be possible to have a vaulted ceiling with Velux type windows that you could open in the summer?
