The wood colour is oak but that's not to say they've not used a different timber and stained it.

Hi, the detail isn't that clear, though I would say the material has been coloured, unless it's a man made finish. There are so many manufactures producing different coloured effects it may be very hard to find, though you should be able to find something similar. It definitely is not Oak.

The description from the original source says:-

I presume therefore, that they have used solid oak and given it a finish which would be durable in a kitchen. You would need to contact them to find out more.
