Garden makeover ideas

Hi everyone hope you can help. I've had a few quotes for a garden revamp, there is quite a lot of demolition prior to landscaping namely a 6mx4.5m garage! We would like a patio and fake grass as well as a storage area to house utilities, normal garden stuff, bikes etc and are really unsure about what kind of building to buy. I expect the storage area will be approx w:12ft x d: 8ft any ideas on types of storage I should be buying would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
