How can I make this bathroom interesting?

Hello guys
So now that we have flooring in, I'm wondering what to do to make it look interesting? The Mrs wants glamorous but I'd like to keep it quite modern- any ideas?
Also it is a rather small bathroom I feel like adding too much things to it will clutter the room up and will appear smaller, it's a difficult one so feel like I can't do much with it. Help please!

Comments (17)Hi Karl. I'm not convinced a glamorous look will work with the floor. Perhaps slightly vintage? Unless it's the camera angle you seem a bit restricted by the shaving point unless you move it? I'd go for a slim mirror with a shelf as pictured and then art over the loo (m and s had a vintagey mirror). I'd then add a lidded candle and a couple of nice potions on the shelf. If there's room I'd add a white marble soap dispenser and toothbrush on the sink (I think John Lewis do them with a matching toilet brush holder ). Comments (10)Hi Sam! We have fitted flush plates on textured tiles before. The issue mentioned is basically that, as it isn't flat, there would be small gaps around the flush plate where it doesn't sit flush on the tile. However, it's not really a 'wet' area so doesn't need to be completely sealed. It's not in a shower or a wet room, for example. Every fitter has their own opinion though, I just know I haven't let it influence my designs too much and we design with as much practicality as we do aesthetics - we want our clients to love using their bathroom!
