Very small bathroom with a large window

I have just bought a ground floor flat and I can't work out how to design the bathroom. It's very narrow and every plumber says we can't move the toilet as it would be so expensive. At the moment when you walk in the sink and bath are on the left hand wall ( and fill that space)and the toilet is straight ahead under the window. I would like to put a shower in rather than a bath but because of the window the shower screen would cut across 1/4 of it - same problem if we put a bath back in with a screen. Any suggestions?
