TINY Bathroom need help!
Comments (16)Hello Tom, There are many Bathrooms out there that are smaller than yours. You are right, you could definitely add something to it, redesign it and make it look bigger. Everything is possible! If I was you I would not remove the bath. Just as others said some people may feel more attracted to have a bath and not a shower only. After all you can still ad a showered and have 2 in 1. When you add a mirror and pick light colours you can definitely make your Bathroom look more spacious. Light installation is also a great idea to make your space look bigger. Have you considered changing the layout for your Bathroom? Comments (9)Hi Andy, As it's a bathroom, which I assume will have lots of humidity, I'd suggest a polyurethane (PU) or PVC frame. These materials will withstand the moisture a lot better than pine. They won't make a huge dent in your budget if you go for a smaller brand. If it will be out of reach, you can use an opening pole (about £25) to let in fresh air or treat yourself to a remote control VELUX INTEGRA. Sun tunnels are fantastic ways of adding natural light to your home and very easy to fit. There are a range available from top brands but our customers particularly like the Lightway sun tunnel due to its quality and performance (plus, we have a summer sale at the moment). If you'd like some impartial advice without the hard sell, feel free to call our team on 01304 219922 or email them at enquiries@sterlingbuild.co.uk. Hope that helps, Emma...See MoreEn suite bathroom layout
Comments (1)Hi Adele, You are correct in regards to the added height above the WC - this is largely dependent on the specified window and build of the roof however, so do check with your contractor. You may find the following link helpful with ensuring this layout meets building regulation standards. Comments (29)Mirror was a Wayfair Bargain Sam - half price ! The niche and shelves should have a tiny weeny fall on them, practically imperceptible, but enough for the water to run off them. I don't know what colour your tiles are, but maybe you could try that non-slip matting stuff that you can put on the top of washing machines, counter tops to stop them getting scratched. It's got holes all over it, so the water will run off, but it will stop your bottles slipping. They sell it on Amazon and in Dunelm. Can't find it on Dunelm's website, but i know they have it in there. Here it is on Amazon, not sure what other colours you can get it in?...See MorePat Oliver Interior Design
