Unfortunately this sofa has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We do have similar styles available, though please note that all of our sofas are custom made to your specifications (including fabric and shape options of your choosing). Fingers crossed they come back soon and it's good news. I don't suppose the grey sofa bed fits under your bed when laid flat?? Just thought I'd ask on the off chance! i can understand you not wanting to sell your sofa but you could put the money aside?Even if you're only there for the minimum of a year you need to feel happy in your home? That's just my view though. Or do you have family/friends who could store It in a garage etc?

That was a good idea to try sofa there, since I don't have any smaller sofa I have lined up 3 dining chairs. . In line, length140cm and Ice sat them out clearing the radiator, and also out so that they fit out at 90cm depth from radiator. I've never liked the look of a single sofa in an area as think it just can look a bit silly.... so I'm thinking 2 chairs instead, that way I can angle one a bit into the bay window? Here's the pic to represent a small 140cm long sofa position

I would also go for a sofa and ottoman, probably a storage one if you’re tight on space. Just personal opinion but unless you’re lounging watching tv, the chaise part of the sofa becomes redundant for most other things. If you go for an ottoman, both people get to put their feet up

measurement wall on left to back of chair. centre of room =2 metres. 2 seater sofa would be where standing cardboard is and front of seat is cardboard on floor. wondering is this too tight. 2nd photo ID "sofa"more at an angle. Given that both spaces won't be used at same time and work chairs pushed in after use , you'd have more space in stove area and also moving sofa if required for dining space. Circular table would have similar excursion into the room.
