Help with bathroom design in older townhouse

Hello I need help trying to remodel the main bathroom in my townhouse. It is a small bathroom with 2 doors. One from the hallway and one to the 2nd bedroom. Outside of the bathroom in the 2nd bedroom (currently set up as an office/tv area but could be configured into 2 separate bedrooms because there is 2 closets which would make it a 3 bedroom house.) there is an additional vanity with sink and storage. I cannot decide if I should extend the bathroom to include the vanity area. If I did, would I keep the 2 doors? I am afraid that whatever decision I make will not be aesthetically pleasing.
