How and how much to change my roof and dormer windows

I have extended and modernised the inside of my house. I have dark grey bifold doors front and back and all the new windows upstairs in the back are grey aluminium. Last remaining three windows are at the front in this picture. I'd like to replace the roof tiles with something more modern and install new windows and some kind of cladding around the dormers. Any ideas? No idea how much this will cost?
