Could somebody please give the paint colours used in this picture. Trying to change my bedroom colour & this one impressed me a lot

I'm so glad you like it.

This colour has to be the most asked for on my Houzz pics.

See previous answer below but please note that someone has since said they can't find it - just google the colour and it will come up.

"The blue is a lovely soft colour called Taubmans Moss Blue. So calm and classy.

The white is also Taubmans, used on the walls, ceiling, doors and trims, it is called Intimate White and was used at 1/2 strength.

You have used grey as a neutral, and it is a backdrop for your co-ordinating black and white photos. It is perfectly fine to stick to this neutral palette without adding any colour, but if you do want to add colour, then the brighter the better. A mustard yellow, an acid green, a raspberry pink or a plum would look good, as would a strong teal. If you want to use primary colours then use them sparingly to avoid it looking like a child's playroom! Perhaps have the print and then pick up one if the colours in a few accessories, but don't go overboard with it. Primary colours can be very jarring to the eye.

Hello headers13, Looking nice! Not much of a mess at all! Normally I'd suggest the idea of dark chimney breast and lighter walls.. Since you have dark cabinets going in then perhaps consider the other way around.. Usually alcoves are better lighter as they then look further away.. Chimney breast to the fore.. Standing out with a beautiful mirror.... I normally don't recommend shelving in alcoves either.. Just a personal taste.. However.... What about approaching it with the idea of scale colouring.. with dark at bottom and working it's way lighter up the shelves.... So you could have dark chimney breast and dark bottom shelves and gradually take the shades up till you get to a creamy white at the top... Ceilings are really gr8 in Whitening by Little Greene.. It would give it a different feel and this style of painting is really in.... You can do it with walls too, see image... Also to lighten the look of the shelving... consider darker and fuller shelves at the bottom and lighten towards the top... This creates the idea of openness with the shelving, thus giving the fireplace the focal point it deserves... : ))

Thanks Colour Happy. Plasterer has been in already but only plastered where needed so I'm assuming that means we don't need to plaster behind wall paper (some of which had to be removed for the rewiring) and Painter seems happy enough to do remainder of filling/smoothing walls but thanks for the tip, I'll definitely check again with them. Re sisal, no dogs but small kids at home so need to stick to softer/more standard carpet!

I have finalise this colour palette you can see in the picture its for my living room,my living room size is 5 meter * 12 meter,want help in which colour look best for walls,sofas,cushions,rugs,furniture,cannot decide which colour look best using this colour palette like sofas may b dark green or light or cushions exactly seen in the pictures,if i go with the theme exactly shown in the picture which colour i choose for walls and rugs etc. All suggestions would be appreciated.
