What windows to choose

We are about to undergo a full renovation on our new house.
I hate our windows which are UPVC diamond leaded. The back windows are brown which matched the conservatory which we have taken down. We are building a single story extension (kitchen/diner) on the back and will be having dark grey aluminium bifolds.
We have a new timber front door and will of course be re-painting/changing the garage doors.
We are having a nightmare deciding what type of windows to go for as our windows are all different heights. We have decided on timber effect windows from either Evolution or Residence 9. We love the single Georgian bar but don't think this would work with the heights being so different. Help!
