Selling art work on Houzz UK
Comments (3)Hi Gary, Great that you would like to sell your art on Houzz! Your assumption is correct. Currently, on Houzz UK, professionals can upload their products to the Shop section, which means homeowners can browse these items and then click through to the professional's own website to make a purchase. If you would like to speak to someone on the team to understand how this works in more detail, please let us know and we will put you in touch!...See MoreHow to decide on a piece of Art for wall
Comments (97)I'd take this as a great opportunity to have some fun and explore making your own piece of art. From the space (that I can see), a canvas would suit being placed above, either leaned against the surface or elevated. I'd lead towards to being elevated. I'd say get a cheap canvas with some oil based paint and just try different shapes and different ways to add the paint to the canvas, don't try to make actual shapes but try blending colours (a spray drinking bottle makes an excellent tool for adding blending) in an abstract style. In term of colours, I really feel burnt orange and a mix between duck egg blue and royal blues would make a very eye-catching scheme for that area. If you do try a bit of art, make sure to send us an image! I guarantee you'll have fun doing this, and you'll be surprised how well it could turn out. Good luck!...See MoreArt work advice
