Can I fit a separate shower and bath into this oddly shaped bathroom?

We have just moved into this house which needs a new bathroom, but is slightly oddly shaped with a non-straight wall on one side. Ideally, we would have a walk in shower and separate bath. Do you think there is space?

The main dimensions are 2.9m x 2.17m, but there are cut outs at two corners so the width narrows to 1.4m at one end (due to the shape of the house and position of a window above the cupboard by the toilet). I think the arch could be knocked out and was a style feature only)

I attach a rough drawing and photo. Any ideas gratefully received!
