Kitchen colour Dilemma!!

Help! I love my cashmer coloured kitchen and work top. I chose it myself but the cream tiles I don't think go with the kitchen! These tiles were chosen by the builders but I really can't stand it. I think it's becaus I find both the cashmere and the cream clash!? Can anyone tell me if they think the same and also what times would you suggest. Also what colour would look good as paint.
Does anyone also know if taking the tiles off the wall is a big job or not?

Comments (8)Why not have a go with the dulux colour visualiser app to give yourself an idea of how it will look? Personally I think it would look good with colour on the walls, you don't actually have much wall showing in the kitchen area. You could always choose one wall to paint, just to dip your toe in to see if you can go the whole hog. Comments (8)The room looks very modern and spacious and having 2 colours in a kitchen is very popular. With regards to wall units (see image below where shelves have been used) & fridge/freezers, it really is down to personal preference but American fridge/freezers are very bulky, but they do give a lot of fridge space, although the freezers do tend to be a little small. Shelving can look nice and it could keep costs down. Comments (13)Thanks sonia I'll try to watch it :) . I am having underfloor heating. I like the warmth of wood effect but also like the brightness of plain tiles. Definitely leaning towards dark units , island still undecided (all dark/ Dark with white worktop/all white) . Floor--- wood effect or plain , no idea. I am afraid wood with dark units will make to dark/ busy. Whilst plain light with dark units make look too clinical. what to do ? Is there an app where you can put all these and visualize? 6 years agoSome more close up pictures would really help. The wall colour doesn't work and the tiles unfortunately look too yellow. If you love the unit colour then change the tiles, it shouldn't be too big a job.I think it needs something punchy like patterned graphic tiles in a dark tone, possibly grey/white to tie it together. If you look at these images, the dark tones seem to work.

6 years agoHi guys thanks for the comments I was thinking about a colour like this for the wall. Does anyone think it goes with the kitchen? The colour of my kitchen is exactly like this one too for those who asked for a close up of it. Your thoughts on the colour and any suggestions would be appreciated!
