Inside a house you can change the paint colour easily when trends change. But there is a trend for grey window frames- sometimes it sits badly on houses (particularly those with plainer fronts or dark brick) so you have to be careful. Also wood windows can be repainted but this is not so easy with UPVC and I worry that the grey plastic windows fitted today could be a desirable in the future as the previous trend for mahogany coloured windows.

Dimity is a lovely warm white, or Tallow. Both would go well with Archive or Joa's White. They are more pinky-yellow in tone, rather than yellowy-creamy. Have you tried writing to F & B and asking for their opinion? I wanted to know what to put with Hague Blue, and they suggested some colours I hadn't considered, but which are actually spot on!

Amtico and Karndean are very hard wearing and resistant to water if laid properly. The easiest way to Compare it's durability and hard wearing properties is by looking at Supermarket or m&s flooring, which is very similar. In terms of the colour you have selected, I think it is very light especially for a high traffic area and prone to getting mucky. with Karndean and Amtico, I think you do get what you pay. There is also moduleo (I think it's what it the brand is called) which supply LVT nd they do effects other than wood; I've had no personal experience but have seen it around. Good Luck
