Kitchen diner inspiration
Comments (26)We come in at the end of the project with exciting stylish chairs which can be supplied in 56 colours so you can link in the chair colours with other components in the room - Blinds, curtains, painted walls or a splash back (It is possible to get Glass splashbacks in virtually any colour. We can lend a sample card to be given to the splash back makers so that they colour the splashback to match exactly with the chairs.) I attach a photo showing some Doris P Chairs in Red Leather, complete with a dining table. The Next photo shows the bar stools with matching splashback in red, which was part of the same project. I know that you do not have barstools, but I am just demonstrating the idea. The dining table was made up using heavy weighted bases in a brushed stainless steel finish and a table top which matches the kitchen work tops. This is a picture of the 30 colours available in the Eco Leather range. We have another 26 colours in the Real Leather range so you have a huge selection to choose from. We have an App which allows you to make up different chairs, change the bases (chair legs) and change the upholstery colours. Then you can see the finished effect. Please copy and paste this link into your browser to see our App. http://www.seatingmyway.com/app/chairs. I would be happy to discuss your project in more detail if you are interested....See MoreKitchen inspiration - painting oak cupboards
Comments (8)Really depends on how long you are planning to live with this kitchen for as to how much effort you put in. How good are the cabinet, could you replace the doors within your budget rather than paint them? If you do paint them Elephant Breath F&B paint or Dulux Egyptian Cotton or Fired Earth Oak Apple type colour for the cupboards so the copper tones in the flooring are not fighting with the wood tones? Not sure its possible but see if you can find a tiler to cut out the twee tiles and replace with someone else less twee that fits. I'd def replace the worktops with something more neutral. You've got a lot going on in the colour/texture of the floor and the design of the cabinets so I think you need to calm it down a bit....See MoreKitchen blind/curtain inspiration
Comments (2)I would suggest that you have a luscious tracked pole like those from Walcot House and have a curtain that stacks on the right side of the window only. The tracked pole will give you a pole look but with the single draw option of a track, so that the curtain and pole can be supported all the way along the wall. The Walcot House pleating studs also give a fantastic modern finish to the curtain heading. I would then suggest a cascade roman blind set at the same height as the pole. By having a cascade rather than a standard pleat blind is the pleats are the feature. This picture shows the pleating studs. We have used them with rings on the clients existing pole but the heading can also be achieved with a tracked pole. This a lovely modern and very classy look. I hope that you find this helpful....See MoreKitchen DIner Extention Inspiration needed
Comments (12)Yes I liked the first pic just with the dark greys. The dishes will look great on the wall! If you do want to add colour though why not just build on the green and blue accessories you have? Perhaps add a large piece of art over the sofa in deep greens and blue? It doesn't have to be botanical, an abstract might also work. I quite like this one on the link. Then pick up the colour for a cushion another geometric or an ikat could work, maybe with a little fuschia in. I agree with MATH, I might move the fridge to the opposite wall. It's hard to tell from the pics what's there though. You could always buy a plantation style screen to hide it and maybe paint it in a deep Caribbean blue. I like your light but wonder if the room needs something more substantial like a large wooden/ply style? I'm not sure if tiles are needed as you've got an upstand and splashblack? The splashblack may break it up a bit? I personally quite like that wall white as the boiler blends in https://attikoart.com/collections/all/products/marino-stone...See MoreLinear London | Kitchens, Bathrooms & Tiles
