Bay window layout

We are in the process of purchasing our first home,
The downstairs front room has a bay window and fireplace so it limits the layout of the room,
As this will be our only living room it needs to have a Tv in it but don’t tv’s being the focus of a room so don’t want it on the fireplace
Need some ideas or advice on what we can do with this room
I have attached floor plans of the room to show sizes and that we may block up the wall between the living and dining room (undecided about that as well) don’t have many photos I have attached the few I do have!
