You could go lots of ways with this kitchen.... You have good light and it looks lovely and warm..... I would personally go for a neutral then you can dress up or down with accessories. Have a look at rolling fog, Mirage II, Dorchester Pink and Clay by Little Greene.

Choose full spectrum lighting bulbs. Tall halogen lamps in at least two corners would bring warmth and enough light to get the bloom out. Crystal chandeliers will also bring rainbow of light and bring chic to the room. Avoid using dark colors on your walls or ceiling but I see you got cream and white which is good. I covered my radiators with made to measure radiator covers in white. It allowed me to use the top to display decorating items. Your brass pots could go on display. Get inspiration from Moroccan designed rooms perhaps for your colors. Your furniture seems to be quite dark and your floor also so a large whisper carpet in cream or a bright color like bright pink would perk up the room. Shimmery curtains that aren't heavy in light grey or copper might also go well. See below what a different look and feel you get from a different carpet color. Good luck.

I have a similar look in my bathroom and used one wall of quartzite tiles which are green/gold. The other tiles are porcelanosa dover tiles which come in different neutral colours. I went for Dover Caliza and painted the wall Skimming Stone so it looked seamless. They are matt and textured.
