Are these chandeliers old?

I’ve just found these two chandeliers in the loft of a house which we’ve recently purchased. The previous owners of the property were very elderly and had lived in the house for many years, so I’m wondering if they could be quite old. The red one is definitely not to my taste, but my daughter likes the other. Would anyone have any idea what era they come from. They both look well made, but I’m now sure if they aren’t just junk. Thanks.
