3d design /shot

I am currently designing my home in Egypt. I already have done the main plans for furniture etc (sample of ground floor) but i would like to add materials and do a 3d shot for each room. how much would this cost ? there are 2 1/2 floors

I think you need a designer or concept planner.
I suspect there are limitation of how they can respond on a public thread to avoid criticism of advertising. So you should email them directly to ask for their terms of business.
Use the Professionals part of the site to find someone you like- There will likely be examples of their work to peruse too.

I did set up account on Qtect, I am not sure the service offering at QTect provides the adequate level of interactivity for me to submit a detailed design brief. Good sales pitch though, but I am not sure I would be able to set and convey my expectations however the propective designers budgetary need is already baselined right from the onset, which equates to a one way street, what if the 3 options (from all the designer proposals) are all rubbish, I am not sure it is a good idea to commit to paying for work that does not involve focused consultation.

I'm glad you decided to move things around although I'm still not convinced you're planning it right. Why have wasted corners? Personally I'd want the sink by the window. I wouldn't want to be looking at a blank wall as you have a huge window. I'm aware you have to have the hob over here because of the extraction from previous memory. Are you going to use the some units or are you buying replacements? Take advantage of the floor to ceiling height and have tall units where possible. Consider using 900 x 900 L shaped corner bases in each corner. You will not get those wasted corners and by having these and using 170 degree hinges you will be able to open each door fully therefore gaining full access to each corner. Plan around these for the back wall. For instance 2 x 900L bases, plus a dishwasher at 600mm and a sink carcase at 600mm equals 3m so if you have that measurement available that's what I'd go with if you're adamant about keeping the sink here.

Just seen your latest post; There are quite a few (free) 3D floor planners which are simple to use like Opunplanner or RoomSketcher amongst others, if you want to have a play about and visualise how the layout may work out. Alternatively, you could lay out (cardboard) boxes in the room with sizes similar to the furniture to get a brief idea on how the space will work best.
