Can the dimensions of this be altered?

I have a space that is only 105cm wide.

As the unit is built to order I meant can you build it smaller for me? I don’t want to make alterations myself.

Thanks for the ideas so far , sorry I should have put the measurements on previously. I have now attached them .There is just my husband and myself and therefore we only need two bedrooms and yes this will probably be our last move. The conservatory and back half of the lounge are additions to the property and the wall between bedroom/dining room and lounge/diner is the original exterior wall .If we remove that wall (which I had first thought of doing although my husband not being a fan of open plan is not keen on ! ) we obviously have to erect a steel girder but I think also we will have to leave part of that wall at each end for support . The length of the wall ,including the doorway, is only 2.67metres(8ft.9ins) so not sure if it's worth doing.

Thanks Rowland. I completely agree and that’s what I am asking - which professional do I hire? . I have called both solicitors and chartered surveyors neither of whom can give me a step by step clear process as to what next steps need to be taken in this particular situation - that’s why I asked the question here and am asking which profession could do this?So if you have A suggestion I’d appreciate it. I am willing and now planning to pay for a solicitor and chartered surveyor as leaseholder on top of the joint solicitor and chartered surveyor despite every CS and solicitor I spoke to at the beginning who told me it wasn’t necessary and could be done exactly as I tried to do it but is that the right route??

Altering floor plan for better flow!

Not easy, such a long house. Tried to make something nice of it. Left one is just the floorplan in the measurements you gave. Middle one has slight changes to utility and hallway, making the old kitchen and snug more of a lobby, added a window and removed hallway door to let more light in, added a doorway on the right to create a garage-garden-connection. Dining will be lounge, other reception could be a spacious master bedroom with ensuite, though completely optional of course, if you have kids or work from home, there might be other/better purposes for it. Utility and toilet still in place. New kitchen with island, though far from optimal, as it is a traffic line. Dining table with very comfy chairs. Right one is similar, but master bedroom has dressing area and ensuite within the old reception. Garage-garden-connection in the same place, but now going through a utility. Old utility can be used as pantry. Kitchen layout will allow more traffic. Jonathan is somewhat right about turning the snug into utility/bootroom, toilet relocating and such, as it would allow you to open up the kitchen-family area more, thus less hallway. Then a bit of lounge/conservatory style setup could be added to the long family room.
