Hi there! We've done a door that's similar to the one you've pictured.

This particular door is made with timber and has a white finish, though our timber doors come in a range of colours. Glass panels and their arrangement are also totally customisable.

In all honesty that looks really simple. The handles look very obtainable and pretty sure I've seen them in b&q, homemade and so on. As for the design behind it, I'm pretty sure you could stencil it and have them made for a small amount. Drill a small hole through it so the handle is able to go through it then paint it whatever colour you need.
