What do you use to attach the shelves to the backboard to give them the strength.

    Hi Andy - not sure what type of screws, but one of the reasons I designed the shelves with the U shape was to allow long screws to be used around the shelves, both on the horizontal and vertical elements for extra support. They were incredibly strong shelves! Hope that helps, Caroline
