Have to decide between Chalk White and Pebble Grey Sink

I have to decide re a CAPEL GRANITE SINK - CHALK WHITE OR PEBBLE GREY?

Any thoughts please which one is easier to look after. I cannot find a stainless steel one big enough plus the stainless steel one we bought for current house is awful and scratches and stains badly!

We had a FRANKE one decades ago which was fabulous - easy to clean and looked good as new when I had cleaned it but am being told by trade that their stainless steel is not like it used to be!
