Build kitchen units right up to sloped ceiling height?

Here is the current side window of our kitchen.
Wall on the left of pic will be completely removed to open up into the dining room next door.
Wall on the right will be where we will have 3.6m sliding doors onto the garden, wall 5m length on that size.
The window in this pic below will be blocked up, and all the kitchen units will be across that wall.
The ceiling height on the left of the window is 2.85m going down to 2.15m
Kitchen units - do I take the wall units right up to the slope?
I actually dont like seeing pics where there are units that just end with a big triangular gap above.
Any recommendations? I can't seem to find any pics when I google for inspiration.
Thanks!
