I guess the photo isn't great in terms of giving ideas on dimensions as you can see the tv perfectly from the sofa (it's on a swivel). We have the decor sorted too with regards to art and mirrors, like I said, we only just finished fitting it so not everything is up yet....give us a chance! :) We have now got some pendant lights that look perfect so thanks for all comments but help is no longer needed xx

Wow Sarah that looks absolutely brilliant! Similar position as the lights in the link that Twyla sent look gorgeous but a bit over my budget (we're doing an extension and literally everything has come in over budget 😩) How lovely to make your own, I think I'm going to attempt it! Yes - I am planning to give you a call. Cost will matter, so I need to understand that. I'd also like to discuss installation and layout. I'm in final stages of construction of a home with an open floor plan/great room with kitchen, dining and living. I would want these over the dining room table but am playing with a couple different ideas for layout.
