The price is for the seat only. The toilet and lavatory were discontinued 12 years ago. sorry

Hi, Close couple or concealed cistern? I don't think that they produce a close couple back to wall but they do a concealed cistern version (see image) As for the product it is Duravits entry level contact range. I think its made in Egypt, not in Europe. Its good quality, probably a notch above your DIY stores sort of product. Its buy no means top of the range/designer, but ideal if you don't have endless amounts of money to spend on a toilet.

No doubt the under-stair option will be easier/cheaper as i bet the soil pipe runs straight past it and as you say there is water available directly above. However, under-stairs toilets are usually very poky and awful for men standing up and you lose very useful storage space for coats and other paraphernalia. If you can, i would build a proper bathroom in your garage but you will need to insulate walls, create access and possibly run new soil pipes depending on location. Equally, access through other rooms to get to a loo is not ideal. Avoid macerators at all costs, they are noisy, ugly and breakdown constantly!

Hello, This Cloak Room can be transformed to a great space with the help of imagination and a bit of creativity. I collected for you some images for storage ideas but not the rest. Before buying anything think of your favourite style and how would you like to see it? Would you go for a traditional look or rather modern/contemporary, minimalist or something busy? Remember that you can always mix styles together as with a good taste you just make your Cloak Room look outstanding and stunning, even under a low budget! You could paint the walls, or even add wallpaper on one wall so as on all of them. Have a thought and from there is much easier to go further. You can always make storage space under the sink or get wall cabinets. In your case I think best would be to place the toilet where the window is and put the sink on the right side of the wall for an easier access. Good luck with your Project! StJames Design Interiors

Stone bath and sink but what toilet?

I have found a lovely matt white stone bath and sink but I'm not sure if a white ceramic toilet will match. My bathroom isn't very big so they will be positioned quite close to each other. Has anyone else had stone bath etc. and if so what material is your toilet?
