Overall dimensions

Hi, could you tell me the rough dimensions of the room as we're planning an extension and really like the layout of this but want to check dimensions.

Sorry I didn't see your message. The first one is a little dear. Swoon editions and la redoute also do a parquet topped one though and are considerably cheaper if you're on a bit of a budget. The second is a faux shagreen which would also add the warmth with the texture and brass. It's also available at Alexander and pearl for the same price but I didn't check either of their delivery costs. I meant to do all the walls in a warm white with a hint of grey. Thanks so much for the insight and comments - fantastic. I can't figure our how to reply individually, does Houzz have that option? In answer to titiankim , there is no back door, the sliders/bifolds would be the only access to the garden. I don't have side access, nor do I want it at the expense of shaving off the side of the house. Bins would be stored in the garage, so yes, technically I would have to bring them through the house, but would take rubbish straight out the utility and gardening rubbish would have to bring through house, the rare occasions I do the gardening! The house is north facing fortunately, but you can't have it all! In answer to Man About The House - The DIY & Odd Job Handyman, thank you for all these suggestions. I too thought about adding some additional doors to mirror the patio ones on the left hand side wall from sink and remove the window there. There is a big steel post there though right in the middle of it, I would need to remove that. My ideal would be a L shaped corner that opens right out with no steels or pillars in the middle. I love these doors (pic attached), but my friend said it might be odd to have another set of doors so close to the sink area, couldn't really understand her rationale though.....

Just picking up on your coffee table and the other wooden items. The cabinet to the left of the fireplace is a different wood to others. So, I'd probably paint that to tie it in with the coffee table and then buy a corner unit to match both. Like this one:- I moved the hanging chair out of the way of the T.V viewing area for the other sofa, as the view must have been blocked. I appreciate that you need to wall mount the Speakers, I suggest one by the curtains near the T.V and the other maybe on the other side towards the chest. I'm sure your husband will have an opinion on the direction of the sound. However, it gives a calmer look to everything.
