The floor is by DuChateau-Antique White. Walls Benjamin Moore- Halo OC-46 flat

Hi. You don't have anything in your idea book so it's hard to know what styles you like. Were you after an Indian ethnic look, eclectic, bohemian etc? Do you like the jewel like colours or the duller reds etc or are you just mixing the headboard with contemporary furniture?? I don't know what your screen looks like but some look amazing painted in white (may be a crime..) you can pick up some beautiful sari fabrics which can be used as throws and cushions or ŵall hangings and obviously some great rugs. I personally love the bright colours against white as pictured ( I wasn't picturing the camel!!)

I prefer the warmer tones too. Have you painted bigger samples? I'd try 2-3 coats on a3 and try them in different places in the room to see how they change in different lights. I think JW can have a slight pink undertone and it looks onscreen as if the rum does too. A white textured splashback would be good to "sandwich" the floor and units, would just make sure the shade matches the worktop. Another idea is a marble of sorts which would go well with the concrete. You mentioned black and green accents before I think (?!) and this could work really well with some brass accessories

Thanks folks. I am feeling it is going to be a Yes and I think that's the push I needed. ED there are two sofas - each different and made by a local sofa workshop. I just love the bonkers-ness of them and want them to be the star of the room but the room is so big it needs something else. The blue might be what it needs.
