Help please choosing furniture’s colour

This is my entrance hall. I am going to replace the glass console and gold mirror with the wooden console and mirror pictured. They come in a selection of different colours - light grey, charcoal, white, sky blue, ivory.
The rug I have is also pictured. What colour shall I get the console and mirror?? Current walls are a very very light aqua blue (an off white really).

5 years agoThese are the colours the manufacturer can paint them, but I could paint them myself in any colour.....
Would it look strange to have them in different colours - I'd like the mirror charcoal and the console lighter?

Comments (11)I think three would look more aesthetically pleasing. How about copper? It is very popular at the moment, but still has that lovely country look which would look fab in your kitchen. I also like the enamel look rather like your example, but white would be a little too safe? Any colour would look good as your kitchen is nice and neutral. For something a bit difference Laura Ashley do a double light fitting with a horizontal rod with two lights hanging from it. I’d send you a pic but don’t know how to!
