Small bedside tables

Where are they from? I've found it hard to find nice narrow bedside tables.

They're actually different and just randoms picked up from vintage shops I'm afraid!

Hi Rich, they look to me like they've been made from other furniture: take a close look at the legs (I'd have placed them with the plain legs against the wall). If you can't find small tables look at stools, possibly replacing the seat part if necessary. Custom paint and you're sorted.

Ok I'll do that, thank you!! I think the wardrobe i was thinking of getting is just 1" too big... It might still work though. And I'll definitely consider that thanks :D I was hoping I'd downsize my wardrobe and clutter but I probably won't be able to :P I was also wondering if I got a large floor mirror, something to be leant against a wall or attached to the wall, where to put it... It's just a small detail though, I'm sure I'd be able to work things out better once I'd painted the bedroom and moved in etc!

Hello! I wonder, do you plan to replace all existing furniture or plan to keep bed, desk? It is good to know size of furniture to keep to know exactly what else we can fit into your space. In any case, I have quick rough sketch of possible layout. I would divide room on two areas casual where you sleep and get ready for a day and working/art and craft area. I would move bed on the wall, place bedside table with lamp and wardrobe for your clothes and shoes. When you enter your room, you should see something you really like to get positive moment as first impression. For example you can place open shelves from floor to the ceiling and place your art work, cool picture frames or whatever you like or as alternative place a chest of drawers and place wall art above it. Next to it closed storage to keep all your art/craft stuff tidy and then near window place your desk. Continuous storage will look too bulky above desk and also will block the light, so I would add another pair of shelves. And so, there is no dilemma around storage you were worried about.

Wow- so overwhelmed by the replies and all of the help, couldn't appreciate it any more. Emily- thank you so much for your post. It's currently pushed against a wall which works fine but would prefer it to have access either side for a couple if possible :) Ace your space- I really like the layout that way, there is a radiator under the window (i should have said) so would need moving which think may be a bigger job. It's something i would consider though and hadn't though of it that way. Jonathon- I am in love with the pegs they would be perfect. Your room layout is my dream just didn't know if it would be achievable. I have a king size bed at the moment but it's a very big frame so much bigger than the standard measurements so if i turn it your way there is about a 8 cm gap to the shorter wall so it needs replacing. Man about the house- love the layout and interesting to get more than one view thank you so much All- can i please be cheeky and ask another question. I think my issue is a standard size double would fit e.g 190cm long but when i look at standard sites e.g John Lewis, Next, Dreams all of the beds seem to have a frame which is 208-210cm which would just be too long. Do you know where I can find a frame that is 190cm? I would have loved a flip storage bed but recognize that will be too long so I am open to any bed. Budget for bed up to about £700 ish. Less if obviously great and means more money to spend on the rest of room.

Wall hung lights with a reading light. An electrician can bring the supply up from the sockets. You are restricted in bedside tables. Something wall hung on the window side and maybe a hinged flap that can be put up or down on the wardrobe side. I prefer white bed linen and a few nice fluffy pillows and duvet. Bring in some colour in a throw. A family gallery above the bed, a large mirror between what I think is your en-suite and the entrance. A large painting on the wall at the bottom of the bed.
