Cabinet Maker or Carpenter for Drawers

This is really cool!

I need to find a cabinet maker or carpenter who could build something like this with the drawers for me.

Do you have any contact information that you can share for whoever built this?

There are 2 shelves which currently have pans on them. I was wondering about Kilner jars, one for knives, one for forks, etc. the tea towels may well be in a nice basket for the time being. It's funny. I love this house so much and can't wait to live there yet this drawer business is really playing in my mind!

Hi again! I promised photos of the finished room - it took a bit of time, as the shelves needed to be painted and after nagging hubby for a week to get to it, I just got a brush and did it myself! What's missing is a plinth - the carpenter had a lot of trouble aligning all the drawers and then fitting the top - apparently, there's not one straight line on those walls, they're all deviating by a few good degrees from one end to the other (same with the floor). I wasn't sure what kind of shelves to have in the right alcove - in the end I opted for a small cupboard that mirrors (not very well) the wall on the other side and some slightly recessed shelves - that I painted in the wall colour. Anyway, this is it (except for the plinth :)). I know the décor is a bit pretentious and overly staged, but I'll change it in time - that Klee print is going as soon as I manage to paint a couple of canvases for the space. Also, I can now use the space to display my wire&clay statuettes and change them as soon as I make new ones :)) This is it! What do you think?

Ikea have a headboard which you can fit behind your own bed and eliminate the bedside units gaining more space for nightstand use and quilt storage underneath. It will give you some more privacy from the window too. Eventually a roman blind would be more appropriate too. The remaining wall at the side of the window can be used for hanging shelving like the ikea kallax. Open the space visually by simply adding a larger mirror to a side wall and hang hats scarves and even coats on pegs along the opposite wall. Use the space above the entryway door for shelving or closed cupboards and fit in a corner wardrobe. If you can remove the door or get it to swing outward. If you consider changing the bed for an underbed storage one it must have a hydraulic mechanism otherwise it is a nightmare. But you can find some storage bags or boxes that slide under the existing bed - just measure properly and try to make the best of the space. Alternatively you could change the bed completely to a high up loft base with a ladder and have ample space beneath it. Check the ikea Stora and others too.

I don’t think it’s a crazy idea, very smart if you can find a close match. Even if the carcasses are slightly different, you (or a carpenter) can make up some doors to match your current ones. I like your latest layout. Personally, I’d move the stove to the right of the sink (where the toaster is, put the ovens in the island with some drawer for pots, pans, baking stuff. That way you can reduce the cabinetry around the fridge, and centre it on the wall with 2 narrow tall cupboards (40cm) either side. Great for a pull-out pantry. I think this will zone the areas a bit better. Cooker and ovens close together, pantry and fridge close together etc.
