Comments (20)That many blinds would be a pain to open and close on a daily basis. You'd likely end up leaving some of them closed permanently which would cut the light enormously. Consider curtains that hang from the flat wall above the archway, in front of the whole bay window. When open they could hang on either side of the opening, meaning no loss of light. It would definitely make the room smaller when closed but would be a lovely 'wall of fabric', closing off any clutter on your dressing table....See MoreBay window.. curtains, roman blinds?
Comments (2)You will get light coming through with any blinds at the edges where they meet. Maybe you could change to shutters? I still think you'll get a little diffused light through those. If you don't want the expense of the shutters and or still want to go for black out curtains, then have them sill length and pull them round the bay....See MoreHelp with Bow window dressing please

Well we haven't actually exchanged on our own sale yet (3 months!) and we gave up waiting so completed early on our purchase so we can get in and make it a bit more homely before we move in, ha ha. Fingers crossed for yours - it's awful at this time. No one wants to move just before Xmas Not thought about those temporary ones. We aren't living there for a few weeks luckily so thought if I get the sorted asap, I wouldn't need anything up. Worst case I will just get some cheap curtains and a pole if I have to, ha ha...See Moreminipie
