Anyone recommend a grey paint that doesn't look or turn blue?
Comments (6)I think you just need a lighter version of grey. This three colours will be very elegant together. I'll have my kitchen wall grey too, white flooring and wenge kitchen furniture. And some yellow here 'n' there......See MoreNorth Facing lounge can anyone recommend a grey-blue paint?
Comments (6)Hi. I've just had a nosy through your ideabook and activity :) as the room is north facing I'd go for an inky blue/grey rather than the cool mid tone blues and greys as they would just make the room feel really cold. I've also spotted your post re elephants breath and skimming stone. I would get testers of these, they can work work extremely well in a north facing room but may not in others so try them in different lights. Elephants breath particularly is a great "colour". You could then use warm blues as an accent colour...See Morelight blue sofa
Comments (4)Hi there, do you have any pictures of your sofa and where it will be going? Blue works well in a Scandi or industrial chic setting. Team a grey carpet such as our super-soft Sensation collection with your blue sofa and warm up lots of cosy textures that soften the edges and keep it homely. Or if you want something more neutral, opt for a beige carpet with white walls to make your sofa really ‘pop’. Hope that provides you with a bit of inspiration! https://www.cormarcarpets.co.uk/ranges/carpet-ranges/...See MoreSofa colour, blue, red, mustard or pink

I fell in love with a bright red sofa once, but came to my senses and bought a more neutral one! So glad I did. How about a range of pink cushions on a navy/grey sofa? Or pick , say, the mustard yellow in the rug and get cushions to match? A rug would ideally be one of the final purchases to pull it all together. However, you may find the rug will fit in well with a new neutral sofa, so don’t discard it yet. I love a jazzy rug and it has that trendy vintage look. Here’s some ideas. T...See MoreCopper Dust
