I don't have the exact colors but they were selected from Benjamin Moore Paints.

Definitely Turquoise. Cygnus Papillio by Joseph Alexander Goode do a cushion in just that colour. His art is whimsical and not for the faint hearted but I love it. He does bed linen now too. I have that cushion on my landing next to a turquoise vintage typewriter - definitely whimsical!

I'm feeling pleased to say I have now be later in life been enjoying some of the things I'd love to have, for some time so they don't count for my 'one thing I'm still hoping for..' I love my upmarket induction hob with timer that saves my food from my memory when distracted by a phone call for a chat-length of time; no day goes by without the thrill of pulling open my kitchen's larder cupboard where the contents are so visible and high space is utilised. I agree with ? about having a bidet and have just had one installed and another wish - a walk-in shower Yeah!

I adore red, it's my favourite colour by far and is all over my wardrobe. I even have red glasses, it's kind of a signature thing of mine. When my partner and I recently bought our first flat we had to redecorate it all very quickly and went with quite neutral shades throughout: oak wood, white, black and grey. We then added touches of red in kitchen accessories, curtains, cushions and finally red carpet in the corridor, staircase and landing to tie it altogether. The only rooms which have no red are our 2 bathrooms as I like them better crisp and neutral.

Hi there, It’s great to be able to work with a blank canvas and good fun too. I can see you love bold colours, but it can be hard to find the right balance sometimes. I would suggest a soft, calm colour on your walls which will enhance your furniture and create a real feature out of them. If you want to avoid cream, try a warm neutral tone such as Dulux Rich Praline 5. This gorgeous neutral will give your space a new look and complement your dark red sofas, allowing you to bring an accent colour in through accessories. Another tone that works beautifully with red accents is Dulux Maraschino Mocha 5 which will add warmth to your room. Alternatively, Dulux Dusted Moss 2 is a lovely calm green-grey tone, that will add a touch more colour to your space for a fresh look. I’d recommend you try tester pots of these colours so you can see how they work with your natural lighting. I can see in your ideabook that you love the wood cabin style – how about creating a feature wall with a wood panelling effect on one wall of your room to add some interest through texture and pattern?
