Hello,

yes, the purple plant is Verbena ‘Homestead Purple’

it isn’t always that easy to get hold of.

HiTino Felly, Marie Here. Your off to a great start - but you've made a common mistake in that you've found your inspiration for your colour palette, but your not committing to it. You need to bring the greens and blues up onto the walls and onto the floor - commit to it. You could: - add a great throw rug underneath the bed, - add big table lamp beside the bed - or better yet, a wall sconce, - drapery isn't really the best choice for this bedding - I would have brought in a bold graphic print here, in either the blue or the green - artwork can stay neutral - even do a collection of mixed metals in chrome, gold, and have fun with that - if you add too much in the blue and green it becomes boring and un-special. Choose your accessories carefully, I'd change out your drapery - go with something bolder, I'd also get a larger night stand so you could put a proper table lamp there. Good Luck!

Trees can grow incredibly tall and wide 20 ft to 100 ft depending on the species. There aren’t any trees that grow just over 6 feet and no more, unless you try fruit trees that are grafted onto a dwarf rootstock which keeps them small. . However there are some lovel shrubs (multistemmed) that grow 6-10 feet high. You need to check aspect (sunny/shaded) as well as soil type. You can get a tester from garden centres for a couple of quid. You could try Viburnum tinus an evergreen with white or pink flowers in winter. There is Photinia which is also evergreen where the new growth is red and very pretty. Cotinus is deciduous and has lovely purple leaves and frothy flowers in summer.. Lilac (Syringa) is a large very well known shrub with fragrant flowers, although it does tend to spread. My favourite at the moment is Sambucus Black Lace (I’ve just bought one!) with gorgeous Lacey purple leaves and pink flowers. There are so many wonderful shrubs you can plant, but it depends how much time you want to spend tending your garden. The plants I’ve suggested are really easy to grow.
