Make sense to put sink in the island?

My kitchen is odd. I can't describe the layout other than the cabinets and sink line the back wall , the right wall has the fridge in the middle of it, a powder room to the left and doors to a laundry room.
Finally there is an an island in the middle that holds the stove.
I was thinking of moving fridge and stove to back wall and sink and dishwasher to the island. The view is looking out at a grate room. The fridge wall will be empty.
