Indoor lighting to replicate outdoor light

I am renovating my windowless bathroom and will install a fake window. I am looking for a way to light up the window (LEDs) that can replicate the light colours and intensity of outside.

For example, 07:00 hrs the window light shows dawn colours if oranges, reds, etc. 12:00 hrs bright deep blue of a sunny day. Then as the day ends the intensity decreases and sunset colours are shown. At night time the window would show a little light as if it was lit up from moonlight on a clear night.

Any ideas or recommendations on how to achieve this?
