Comments (3)Be prepared to take out a second mortgage to pay for them!!! I spent a wonderful afternoon browsing around Chelsea Design Centre. The Ann Sacks store is glorious and more than a tad on the pricy side ;-)...See MoreHELP PLEASE!!!!! advice on tile colour and what you put underneath!
Comments (16)Shortly after moving into a new build our kitchen and utility tiles started to sound hollow when walking on them. When the tilers came to lift the tiles [each 200mm x 100mm] they came up in sheets of around 20 to 30 tiles at once. The concrete floor was clearly not prepared before the originals were laid and the tiles had simply not keyed onto the floor. The tilers cleaned and sealed the floor [not sure what with... but the whole job was done in one day, so nothing too time consuming] and the new tiles have now been down for nearly 29 years with no problems....See MoreTiling quote help please!

And there’s much more grouting to do. But, as always, best to get several quotes. Love your kitchen, by the way. Who has supplied it?...See Moretiling help urgently needed please!
Comments (4)Sorry, I mistook the tile cement for grouting! I think you could put a single or double row of the tiles horizontally as a "border" to finish off the splashback. The ideal would be if the grout lines between the horizontal tiles match up with the vertical grout lines......See MoreE D
